LE TENDRE AMOUR
Musical director & cembalo: Esteban Mazer
Direction, acting & stage design: Adrián Schvarzstein
The elements are female. Very much so! Embodied by four Spanish beauties in dazzling flamenco dresses they spend the night together and sing until dawn comes. Antonio de Literes turned the eternal story of conflict and harmony into enticing music: sensual, tender, explosively driven by ancient Spanish rhythms and a declaration of love to the female voice. The Music Festival Potsdam Sanssouci presents the first performances of Adrián Schvarzstein's thrilling production in Germany. His cooperation with the ensemble LE TENDRE AMOUR from Barcelona has been exceptionally successful. His production of this opera rarity is fireworks of wit, a dynamic spectacle packed with action, humour and Spanish lust for life. Just wait and see!
