Our meeting point for artists, visitors and the always hungry team of the Music Festival Potsdam Sanssouci!
Where? Piccolo Pane centro, at Dortustraße 12 in the centre of Potsdam
What: Piadina, pinsa and antipasti variations as wonderful wine-accompanying dishes!
What is piadina: ‘Piccolo Pane’ is a homemade, thin and ungreased flatbread with selected Italian delicacies - traditionally topped and prepared with original Italian ingredients, as is customary in Emilia Romagna.
What is Pinsa Romana: A delicious, easily digestible pastry dish that looks like a pizza but is generously topped.
We look forward to coming together at the music festival! We will be happy to tell you the story of the dishes' origins on site.
