Bicycle concert – Island Circumnavigation Potsdam

There’s an almost maritime, yet “of the Mark” atmosphere once you leave the city behind and start your personal Island Circumnavigation through rural regions and their fresh green. Make your way along the shores of Potsdam’s Havel lakes towards Golm and Nattwerder to the Sacrow-Paretz-Canal, which turned Potsdam into an island in 1875. Visit the Persius Tower and cycle along the new villas at Jungfernsee. Once you’ve cycled across Glienicker Bridge and through the New Garden you’ll get to the Island of Friendship, idyllically located between two branches of the River Havel. Enjoy a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of city life.
