Alexis Kossenko traverse flute & Musical Director

Rheinsberg Palace was Prince Henry’s residence for 50 years. His brother Frederic knew how to curb his sibling’s at times energetic political ambitions by means of royal authority. However, in 1784, having been invited by the King of France, Frederic could not prevent Henry from travelling to their city of dreams. In fact, the king probably envied him. Based on the repertoire of the Parisian »Concerts Spirituels«, Alexis Kossenko and the Theresia Orchestra have created a concert evening that invokes the international flair of the musical metropolis. The orchestra consists of young musicians from the most prestigious European universities for early music and the choir includes members of the Music Academy Rheinsberg. Et voilà: European harmony!
