When asked what music he might take to the proverbial »desert island« the master harpsichordist answers without hesitation: the three genius miracle makers from the golden age of the French clavecin – plus one viola da gambist attached to the harpsichord. Those are his illustrious travel companions and together they immediately populate the island with musical shapes: elegant, refined, poetic, eccentric and mind-numbingly virtuosic. Simply the best!
